Van Bogaert Bvba is a growing family business that has specialized over the years in deboning and cutting pork hams to customer specifications. Van Bogaert is looking for a Forwarding Employee for the production and packaging department where you are responsible for the logistics administration from A to Z.

Job description
  • You prepare the transport documents (CMRs) and certificates for the drivers via internal software packages. If necessary, you also contact all relevant authorities.
  • You check whether the loading list and weights are correct based on the drivers' weighing cards.
  • You are responsible for registering the empties.
  • You take care of the classification of CMRs and invoices.
  • You direct the drivers who come to deliver to the correct quay and notify the person responsible.
Wanted profile:
  • You are an administrative jack-of-all-trades with a numerical bent.
  • You can express yourself well in both Dutch and English.
  • You can work independently but also attach great importance to collegiality.
  • You have a sense of responsibility.
  • You are stress-resistant and know how to set the right priorities.
  • Working hours: Start 4:00am/5:00am – end of work
